Ulster Bank customers still unable to access accounts

Help

Some Ulster Bank customers cannot access their money two weeks after its parent company, the Royal Bank of Scotland, had a major computer fault.

Prime Minister David Cameron has called it "unnaceptable" that salaries have not been paid and accounts frozen at the bank.

Francis Fitzgibbon has not seen the balance of his account for weeks while Adrian Henning cannot get into his wedding savings. They told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire what the bank has been telling them.
