Cities Summit seeks to address urban planning problems

Discussions centre around the challenges and solutions to building major urban conurbations.

The BBC's Sharanjit Leyl spoke to India's Minister of Urban Development, Kamal Nath and asked him why India continues to lag behind when it comes to building good cities.
