Tokyo 'most expensive city'

Tokyo has become the world's most expensive city for foreign staff to live in overtaking the Angolan capital Luanda.

The yen's rise against the dollar has pushed up the cost of living for staff and firms paid in other currencies.

Milan Taylor is from the consultancy Mercer who carried out the research. He says Moscow is also getting more expensive, a cup of coffee there now costs over £5.
