Unilever chief remains upbeat about Asian markets
The World Economic Forum for East Asia wraps up later today in Bangkok, and global growth has been one of the main topics.
Fast moving consumer goods firms are one of the best gauges of the state of an economy.
Unilever, which makes everything from ice-creams to shampoos, is one such firm. The company is tweaking its products to match the health of the economies they sell to.
The chief operating officer of Unilever, Harish Manwani, spoke to Sharanjit Leyl about why he is so positive about the Asian market.
