My Bottom Line: Warren East, ARM Holdings plc
Warren East is the chief executive of FTSE 100 microchip designer ARM Holdings Plc.
He says the UK needs to create a better environment in which technology companies can flourish. ARM works with over 1,000 companies around the world - but very few are based in the UK.
Warren says he gets frustrated by what he sees as an anti-technology and anti-business culture in the UK - and this needs to change, starting with the way science and technology is taught in schools.
Warren appeared on The Bottom Line which is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. Listen again via the podcast or watch it on the BBC News Channel.
