Should there be swimming pools in offices?
A new reports suggests more needs to be done to help cities cope with climate change and a rise in urban population.
It says offices should look into green spaces, water features and allow workers to have a nap during office hours.
BBC Radio 5 live's Shelagh Fogarty spoke to Yvonne Rydin, planning Professor at University College London who is also the co-author of the report.
