Hewlett Packard 'to unveil thousands of job cuts'
The world's second biggest computer maker Lenovo has reported a 73% rise in profit for the year to March.
The Chinese company is doing well at home and overseas, and has now overtaken Dell in terms of annual PC shipments.
The news for world number one, Hewlett Packard, is not expected to be as good.
It will unveil quarterly results on Wednesday and is reported to be poised to slash up to 30,000 jobs.
Mark Gregory reports.
