James Packer to sell stake in family media business

Help

The Australian media tycoon and billionaire, James Packer, is expected to walk away from the family business.

In a surprise move, Mr Packer is reportedly set to sell his 25% stake in Foxtel and will instead focus on the casino business.

Should the sale goes ahead, it will be the first time in 100 years that the Packer family will own little to nothing of Australia's media landscape.

The BBC's Duncan Kennedy reports from Sydney.
