LinkedIn boss Jeff Weiner on leading the field

Business-focused social networking website LinkedIn has been quietly expanding and now has some 150 million members worldwide.

The company's chief executive, Jeff Weiner, spoke exclusively to the BBC's Sharanjit Leyl about staying ahead of its competitors and about concerns of social networking sites being overvalued.
