Help

The Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has launched a new £1bn "Youth Contract", promising every young person the opportunity to "earn or learn".

It will offer unemployed 18 to 24-year-olds a government-subsidised job, an apprenticeship or work experience to help them find a route into work.
