My Bottom Line: Luke Johnson, Risk Capital Partners

Help

Serial entrepreneur Luke Johnson is the chairman of private equity firm Risk Capital Partners. He says he gets frustrated by legislation and government bureaucracy in the UK, especially employment legislation which he says is biased against employers and inhibits job creation.

Luke says the UK can learn lessons from America, where there is a lighter touch to legislation and more appetite for risk.

Luke appeared on The Bottom Line which is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC World Service. Subscribe to the podcast or watch it on the BBC News Channel.
