Andy Green is the chief executive of business and technology service provider Logica. He says his hardest challenge is making sure staff understand common values, ethics and goals so the company can maximise its full potential.

As the head of a company which employs over 40,000 staff, Andy says he spends a lot of time meeting employees to ensure they understand the company's goals.
