Indian oil firm ONGC an 'attractive' investment
New shares on offer from India's government in the large oil and gas firm ONGC may well be attractive to big investors.
That's the opinion of Tony Regan of energy consultancy Tri-Zen.
He thinks company's management has improved, while the Indian energy sector can expect strong growth and gradual price liberalisation.
