Customers urged to switch energy providers
The consumer watchdog Which? is hoping that people power can be used to drive down the cost of our energy bills.
It has launched a campaign to persuade more people to switch providers to find the cheapest tariff.
It says customers are missing out on billions of pounds of savings and it wants bill payers to group together to negotiate better rates.
Paul Lewis from Radio 4's Money Box explains how it will work and says it is "not a done deal" because the energy companies "may not play ball".
