A380 wings checked for cracks
The EU has ordered airlines to run checks on all operating A380 aircraft after the wings of a super jumbo developed cracks.
Australia's Qantas Airways had already grounded one A380 aircraft after discovering wing cracks on a London flight.
Singapore Airlines has been carrying out precautionary checks earlier than previously scheduled, while Korean Air is also inspecting its A380 fleet.
But Siva Govindasamy from Flightglobal says passengers should not be too worried about wing cracks.
