High streets hit as 14% of shops stand empty
One way of gauging the health of the UK's economy is to take a walk down the high street.
And, according to the latest survey, the results are not good.
Many big names, like Habitat and Peacocks, have gone into administration.
And the number of empty shops looks set to go up this year.
Weak consumer confidence, rising unemployment and growing online sales are being blamed.
