George Soros: Germany 'tough task master' in Europe
The billionaire investor George Soros has said that Germany has become Europe's "task master" imposing "tough fiscal discipline", filling a role traditionally played by the International Monetary Fund.
He made the remarks during a news conference at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
