Report says more users may pay for online banking


Research by business consultants PricewaterhouseCoopers suggests online banking will overtake the High Street within the next three years.

They found that consumers would be willing to pay up to £10 a month for the added convenience.

Stephen Whitehouse, retail and commercial banking partner at PwC told Radio 5 live Breakfast why customers are prepared to pay for banking.
