Netflix streaming launches in UK
We are increasingly using more modern means to get our entertainment.
When it comes to music, digital downloading continues to be popular and digital album sales rose more than a quarter to 26.6 million last year.
It is possible that the popularity of DVDs could be waning as well.
More than 200 million discs were sold last year - a fall of 7.2% year on year.
The US film and TV rental firm Netflix has launched a streaming service in the UK - and it aims to rival Lovefilm and BSkyB.
The chief executive of Netflix, Reed Hastings, says: "We have more content than Lovefilm."
