PM David Cameron attacks health and safety 'monster'
Prime Minister David Cameron has spoken out against the negative impact that the "monster" of health and safety regulations can have on UK businesses.
Speaking at a PM Direct event in Maidenhead, he announced plans to cap lawyers' fees in personal injury cases against companies, to tackle what he described as "the culture of fear" felt by many firms.
