Store closures 'a blip' says Sir Philip Green
Arcadia, which owns High Street chains including Top Shop, is to close around 250 stores.
The group's owner, Sir Philip Green, said this was a "blip", but that it reflected the difficult conditions on the high street.
He spoke to Emma Simpson.
