George Soros on euro crisis
EU leaders are gathering in Brussels to try to finalise an agreement on how to tackle the debt crisis in the eurozone.
The German Parliament voted in favour of plans to strengthen the bailout fund for the region - Chancellor, Angela Merkel, said it's a 'now or never' situation.
In an exclusive interview with the BBC, billionaire financier George Soros told Stephanie Flanders that he believed the European Union was "un-governable".
