Boeing Dreamliner makes debut passenger flight

Wednesday sees the inaugural passenger flight of Boeing's 787 Dreamliner.

Built out of carbon composite materials, it promises improved efficiency, but it has been beset with technical problems and should have been airborne three years ago.

Up to 25% of the aircraft is built in the UK, and Richard Lister has been to one factory that is supplying parts that help keep the plane airborne.
