Help

Former chief executive and co-founder of US technology giant Apple Steve Jobs has died.

In a statement, Apple paid tribute to its co-founder saying "Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve."

He was the brains behind the iPod, iPhone and the iPad, products that helped turn Apple into one the world's most recognised brands.

Bryan Ma of IDC Asia Pacific describes what it was like to see Steve Jobs launch the original iPod ten years ago.
