Brent Hoberman is the co-founder of the internet travel and retail company Lastminute.com; and more recently founded MyDeco.com, an online interior decorating business.

He advises businesses to make sure they invest in the "unsexy" back-end systems which it is all too easy to neglect, a mistake he says they made in the early days of Lastminte.com.
