Severn Trent Water complaints have risen by 16 percent
The number of complaints made against water companies has fallen for the third year in a row.
But there were still over 185,000 complaints linked to bills, charges and failure to repair frozen pipes during the cold snap last December.
Severn Trent Water supplies water to 8.5 million households and last year it received over 24,000 complaints.
Martin Kane is the Director of Consumer Relations for Severn Trent and he told Radio 5 live Breakfast why their complaints rose by 16% last year.
