The insurance industry is named the worst for jargon use


The insurance industry has been named the worst culprit for using jargon.

That is according to research from the insurer UNUM and the Plain English Campaign.

Marie Clair from the campaign told Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money where the jargon comes from.
