Philippines becomes outsourcing hub
No matter where you are in the world, if you phone an international company, there's a high chance you'll be speaking to someone in Mumbai or Delhi.
But gradually another location has started to rival India's crown - the Philippines.
A recent survey found that there are now more call centre workers in the Philippines than there are in India.
Kate McGeown reports on the reasons behind this recent outsourcing boom.
