Bill Gates says Skype is great deal

Microsoft founder and chairman, Bill Gates, has said he believes the company's takeover of the loss-making internet phone service Skype is a "great deal".

He told the BBC's Hardtalk programme he had supported the multi-billion dollar purchase, which is Microsoft's largest ever acquisition.
