Jobcentre Plus staff member explains 24-hour industrial action
Thousands of Jobcentre Plus staff are staging a 24-hour strike in protest over working conditions.
Rosie Huzzard, who works in a call centre in Sheffield, explains the industrial action on BBC Radio 5 live. "The union nationally has been in talks with management, but there's not a lot of movement there."
"We're not going to let it go," Ms Huzzard tells Victoria Derbyshire. "This action... is fighting for better working conditions for contact centre staff."
