Qatar: Turning knowledge into the new oil
In a bid to develop a university sector in the Gulf, international universities have been invited to set up campuses.
In Qatar, the government is investing heavily to bring big name institutions to the country.
But can it create a sustainable education system for the future, or is it little more than a vanity project?
