George Soros: West should 'rethink' relations with oil nations

There has been a warning from one of the world's most powerful investors about the role played by Western governments in the turmoil in the Middle East.

Billionaire fund manager and philanthropist George Soros has told the BBC the West should rethink the way it deals with oil producing nations where too little of the wealth from natural resources is shared by ordinary people.

He spoke to David Chazan in Paris.
