Bill Nighy on 'Robin Hood tax' for bankers
The actor Bill Nighy has issued a tax appeal to bankers. He has suggested that banks pay a 'Robin Hood' tax of 0.05% on every financial transaction.
He told BBC Breakfast that the appalling conditions of girls in Kenya could be helped by this tax.
