Portugal faces strain in economic revolution
It's not a club any economy would wish to be part of but it looks as though Portugal hasn't fully staved off the threat of an international bailout.
It needs to borrow 10 billion euros by July and it looks like the markets will only allow it to do that at punitive rates.
