David Cameron arrives in Brussels for summit

David Cameron has arrived in Brussels for a two-day summit where the stability of the eurozone is set to dominate talks with European leaders.

The prime minister said he needed to make sure Britain was not liable for any spending under a new bailout mechanism for eurozone countries.
