UAE Philharmonic Orchestra faces funding woes

The UAE's Philharmonic Orchestra aspires to become an internationally renowned institution, but funding concerns have raised fears over its future.

It receives no money from the government and the global financial downturn has seen a squeeze on support from the private sector.
