The Middle East might be spending billions to update its internet infrastructure, from super-fast broadband to wifi hotspots, but are businesses making the most of it?
It is still painfully difficult to buy anything online and fledgling internet businesses are hampered by bureaucracy and internet restrictions imposed by telecoms regulators.
Nima Abu Wardeh spoke to Hassan Mikail from logistics and transportation firm Aramex at the region's biggest internet show in Abu Dhabi. She asked him how could the region's businesses tap into the power of the internet.
