Europe's changing holiday habits
Shares in Europe's biggest travel operator, TUI Travel, have fallen by 10%.
The Thomson Holidays owner has said several factors have affected trading.
These have included airspace closures due to volcanic ash, people holidaying at home, and uncertainty about the impact of government cuts.
