Food security and producing enough to keep India going is a fierce topic of national debate.

But with a population of more than a billion people, it's not just about having enough to go around, but making sure that what farmers produce makes it to market on time and, most importantly, in good condition.

Nidhi Dutt has been working out how best to do that.
