EDF agrees £5.8bn sale of UK networks to Li Ka-Shing
France's EDF, Europe's second largest utilities firm, has sold its UK power grids to one of Asia's richest men, Li Ka-Shing, for £5.8bn ($9.1bn).
EDF's UK network delivers power to almost eight million people in London and the South East of England.
