Which Japanese company will win the 3D TV war?
3D television has been touted as the future of the moving image, but so far the technology has been slow to take off.
Some of the biggest names in Japan's technology industry report earnings later today and the likes of Panasonic and Sony are betting on 3D to drive sales of new TVs, DVD players and camcorders.
Investors will be watching closely as the battle for dominance of the new technology heats up.
