Quietest US hurricane season 'in over 30 years'

This year the headlines have been dominated by stories of the tragic and desperate consequences following cyclones and typhoons but there have been very few stories about hurricanes.

As the hurricane season draws to a close, BBC Weather presenter Chris Fawkes explains why it has been such a quiet season in the Atlantic and Caribbean.
