John Kerry: 'No artificial talks with North Korea'
US Secretary of State John Kerry has said the United States will not enter into another round of "artificial talks" with North Korea over its nuclear programme, and wants to see Pyongyang take "real steps".
During his continuing tour of East Asia, Mr Kerry told Kim Ghattas that the recent actions of China, the North's main diplomatic ally, had been a clear reprimand to North Korea.
