Have missing Norwegian sisters joined fighting in Syria?

An international alert has been issued for two Norwegian sisters of Somali origin who disappeared from home in Oslo apparently to join Islamist forces in Syria.

The girls' father has spoken to the BBC about his worries about the teenagers, saying he thinks they have joined a hard-line jihadi group.
