Syria crisis: US and Russia agree chemical weapons plan

Russia and the US have reached a deal on a plan for Syria to give up its stockpile of chemical weapons.

US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, unveiled their six-point framework on Saturday, after three days of negotiations.

But the Syrian opposition immediately rejected the plan.
