Nigeria's polio vaccine battle

The battle against polio has made huge gains over the years.

The disease, which can cause lifelong paralysis, is now found in only three countries - Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Nigeria.

2012 was a challenging year for Nigeria with 122 reported cases.

BBC's Tomi Oladipo reports.
