Will insult affect Argentina's relations with Uruguay?

The Argentine government has delivered a note of protest to Uruguay's ambassador, after the country's president appeared to call his counterpart from Argentina "an old hag."

The Argentine foreign minister, Hector Timmerman, condemned the remarks, saying they were unacceptable.

This story has now gone viral on social media.

David Eades asked the BBC Mundo's David Cuen for an exact translation of the comment.
