Venezuelans to vote for new president on 14 April
Venezuelans will elect a president to succeed Hugo Chavez on 14 April.
The date for a new presidential election was confirmed by the country's electoral commission.
The acting president, Nicolas Maduro, is likely to face Henrique Capriles, who has been proposed as the candidate by a coalition of opposition parties.
