Fernandez: 'British are militarising the South Atlantic'

Argentina is to make a formal complaint to the United Nations about what it calls British "militarisation" of the South Atlantic.

Britain recently announced it was sending a destroyer, the HMS Dauntless, to the Falkland Islands.

Argentina's President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner said the decision to send the warship and the Duke of Cambridge to the region posed a risk to "international security".
