Turkey referendum: Protests as consulate in Rotterdam is blocked

Turkey's family minister has been blocked from entering the Turkish consulate in the Dutch city of Rotterdam as a diplomatic row between the two nations worsened on Saturday.

Crowds of supporters of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan gathered outside the building in protest.
